NOTE: If a client presents late for appointment, the time spent with the client is minimized and does not allow for a full service. It also disrupts the schedules of our technicians and other clients. The clients who arrive 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. We do require a 30 minutes notice on delay to later (if there is availability time) or cancellation. We ask for your consideration in scheduling your next appointment.
